WE BELIEVE IN FAIR & COMPETITIVE PRICING FOR ALL OUR SERVICES. TRANSPARENCY IS IMPORTANT TO US AND WILL ALWAYS BE FORTHRIGHT WITH OUR PRICES & LESSON POLICY. STUDENT LESSON POLICY IS DESIGNED TO RESPECT THE TIME OF BOTH STUDENT & INSTRUCTOR, ENSURING BENEFICIAL RESULTS FOR THE OVERALL LEARNING OF THE STUDENT.



LESSON PRICING





Lessons are done on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Most students attend once a week for a 30min lesson on a scheduled day and time. Others do an hour lesson once a week, while others do an hour lesson every other week.

MONTHLY LESSON OPTIONS:



A. $125.00 for a 30 min lesson once a week for the month whether there are 4 or 5 weeks in a month depending on the day it falls on.
B. $125.00 for an hour lesson every other week. *** Max 2 hour lessons in a month or, In the case of an extra week in the month the lesson fee is $175.00 for a total of 3 hour lessons every other week.
C. $250.00 for an hour lesson once a week for the month whether there are 4 or 5 weeks in a month depending on the day it falls on.


FLEX WEEKLY LESSON OPTION:


D. $70.00 Student will receive a ONE HOUR LESSON during the week. Lesson to be scheduled by student/Parent of Student prior to lesson.


(Lesson time will vary based on availability your child’s schedule and Teachers weekly schedule provided a time can be found that accommodates both parties schedules. Payment for lesson must be made at the time of scheduling. No refunds or make-up apply.)


***Note: Due to the nature of being on a flexible lesson schedule, this may not guarantee your child a lesson that week.



PAYMENT OPTIONS:


Full monthly lesson fee is always due by the first lesson of the month for the entire month of lessons. Flex student payment is due the time of scheduling lesson.


PAYMENT ACCEPTED: Cash, Personal Check, Zelle, Venmo, or Paypal. (***Whenever you decide to start, lesson fee will be pro-rated for remaining days in the month.)

What to expect: During the course of the student’s lessons, they will learn several aspects of playing their instrument including: The techniques of playing and/or singing, Music Theory, Reading Notation, Improvisation, Music Appreciation, along with a repertoire of songs and melodies, and how to compose their own songs. For the student to gain maximum benefits it's imperative for them to maintain consistency by attending all their scheduled lesson times.



• Lesson Time: Students will receive their lesson (half hour or hour) weekly or (hour) Bi-weekly during the month at their scheduled lesson time.


• MONTHLY LESSON FEE: The MONTHLY LESSON FEE reserves the student’s time slot as set by teacher and student. Once the first of the month has began, you are obligated to your lesson time and there are no refunds on untaken lessons.


• Pricing is the same whether the lesson is taken in person or online.


• Make-Up Lessons: It is the sole responsibility of the student to attend their lesson at the scheduled time. NO LESSONS CAN BE MADE UP OR MOVED TO A DIFFERENT MONTH. The only exception is: Lesson cancellations made by the teacher due to: Weather, Sickness, or Scheduling conflicts will result in a make-up lesson in person or via online.

(*** NOTE: Make-up will be scheduled at the discretion of Hutch Music.)


• Lessons are NonTransferable: To any other Person and/or Family Member.


• Illness: If a student or family member of the student is sick, please do not come to your lesson. This is to protect all students and myself from being exposed to any possible contagions, flu, or any other possibly infectious illnesses.


• Loss of Lesson Time: Hutch Music reserves the right to resell any student’s unpaid time slot or drop a student who has not prepaid for the next month of Lessons. Students may reschedule their lesson time, if the schedule allows. Any outstanding payments and future payments must be taken care of prior to any scheduling changes.


• Hutch Music Studio reserves the right to amend its Lesson Policy as it finds necessary.


• This Lesson Policy took affect on January 1st, 2026 and will be ongoing.
